Zubaida Rahman Leaves Dhaka for London After Brief Return from 17-Year Exile

Zubaida Rahman, wife of BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman and vice-president of the Ziaur Rahman Foundation, departed Dhaka for London on Thursday morning. She left her Gulshan residence around 9 AM and boarded a Qatar Airways flight at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. Zubaida had returned to Dhaka on May 6 after 17 years in exile, accompanying her mother-in-law, BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia. Her return marked a significant moment for the BNP leadership, though her stay in the country proved to be short-lived.
