In a troubling development, Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s residence at Galaxy Apartments in Bandra faced two intrusion attempts within just two days. On Thursday morning, a 36-year-old woman named Isha Chhabra, claiming to be a professional model, attempted to enter the actor’s flat, insisting that Salman had invited her after meeting her at a party six months ago. She was promptly arrested by Bandra police. Salman’s family has denied any connection with the woman.
Just two days earlier, on May 20 at 7:15 p.m., another individual—Jitendra Kumar Singh, a 26-year-old man from Chhattisgarh—was caught trying to sneak into the building by hiding behind a car. He told police he simply wanted to meet the superstar. A case was filed against him under Section 329(1) of the IPC.
These back-to-back security breaches have raised serious concerns about the safety of celebrities in the Bandra area, prompting expectations of tighter security protocols around Galaxy Apartments. Police are currently investigating both incidents.
