A mobile court in Boalkhali upazila, Chattogram, fined three healthcare establishments and sealed another on Tuesday afternoon for operating without proper compliance. Led by Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Kaniz Fatema, the drive imposed fines of Tk 20,000 on Bony Hasan Eye Care, Tk 10,000 on Harbhanga Clinic, and Tk 5,000 on Evergreen Diagnostic Centre. Max Dental Care was sealed for operating with a doctor lacking BMDC registration. The operation was conducted with assistance from Upazila Health Officer Dr Zafrin Sahed Jiti and Boalkhali police. Magistrate Kaniz Fatema stated that such drives will continue in the public interest.
