Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) has announced that metro rail services will be suspended on Eid day, June 7. The notice, issued by DMTCL Director AKM Kahyrul Amin on Wednesday, confirmed that operations will resume from 8:30 AM on June 8.
From June 9 onward, metro rail services will run according to the public holiday schedule. The decision comes as many Dhaka residents travel home to celebrate the Eid-ul-Azha holiday with their families.
