Lahore Qalandars have strengthened their squad mid-season by bringing in Bangladeshi all-rounder Mehedi Hasan Miraz for the Pakistan Super League (PSL) playoffs. Following Shakib Al Hasan’s addition, Miraz becomes the second Bangladeshi player to join the team. The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) granted him a no-objection certificate (NOC) from May 22 to 25, allowing him to participate in the crucial playoff matches. This marks Miraz’s debut in an overseas franchise league. While the Bangladesh national team is currently engaged in a T20 series in the UAE, Miraz is not part of the squad, enabling his availability for the PSL.
