A man named Aman was detained on Monday at the domestic terminal of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) while attempting to board a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight to Cox’s Bazar using forged documents, including a fake boarding pass, ticket, and passport, according to BSS.
HSIA Executive Director Group Captain SM Ragib Samad confirmed the incident, stating that the suspect was immediately handed over to the airport magistrate for legal proceedings.
He emphasized that airport security remains on high alert and that any attempt to violate aviation protocols through fraudulent means will be met with strict action.
