The Bangladesh national women’s football team is set to face host nation Jordan in their final match of the Tri-Nation International FIFA Friendly Series on Tuesday at King Abdullah II Stadium in Amman. The match will kick off at 10 PM Bangladesh time.
Assistant coach Mahbubur Rahman Litu expressed confidence ahead of the clash, stating that the team is well-prepared and aiming for victory. Midfielder Maria Manda echoed the sentiment, saying the squad is motivated and fully ready to take on the challenge.
Bangladesh impressed in their opening match, holding higher-ranked Indonesia to a goalless draw, and hopes to carry that momentum into their final game. The team concluded their preparations with a training session at Salt Stadium in Amman.
This tri-nation series is part of Bangladesh’s build-up to the AFC Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers, where they will compete against Myanmar, Bahrain, and Turkmenistan. The match against Jordan marks an important test for the team as they continue refining their strategy and building confidence on the international stage.
