To ease holiday travel during Eid-ul-Azha, the Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) is reintroducing its special Eid service from June 3 to June 14. Advance tickets will be available from May 24 at major BRTC depots across Dhaka, including Motijheel, Gabtoli, Kalyanpur, Joarsahara, Mirpur, Mohammadpur, Jatrabari, Gazipur, and Narayanganj.
The Eid special service will connect passengers from these depots to various districts nationwide, such as Rangpur, Dinajpur, Barisal, Khulna, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Bogra, and more. Each BRTC depot will operate routes tailored to regional demand, ensuring safe and affordable travel for homebound passengers.
Additionally, mobile contact numbers have been provided for each depot to facilitate ticket booking and inquiries.
This initiative aims to streamline travel during the festive season and provide reliable, accessible transportation for those journeying to and from the capital.
