A newly constructed Rs 100-crore road in Jehanabad, Bihar, has turned into a safety hazard after trees were left standing in the middle of the road due to lack of clearance from the forest department. The bizarre scene, just 50 km from Patna, features trees scattered inconsistently along the highway, forcing drivers to dangerously swerve around them. Locals report multiple accidents but no action from authorities, raising serious questions about infrastructure planning and public safety in the state.
